Spectacular views of the city. The location is brilliant. Once there, I hardly ever used the car I rented. The staff in the execitive lounge were great and the bar on the rooftop is truly stunning.
We waited four hours for our room to be ready. The were no slippers in the bedroom and although we were to, the was only one bathrobe. The food was so-so and expensive. The service at the coffee bar was very poor, we waited nearly 20 minutes for our coffee. Most of the staff did not look like they knew what they were doing. I would recommend it only if the staff are better trained.

The view at sunset from the pooldeck. Very good breakfast.
The bathroom was not properly cleaned, sticky top next to the basin. As well as lime on the taps, the hotel is only one year old, the staff doesn't keep it clean enough.

Luxury and treated well by all staff concerned
Shower in Room 309 - door needs adjustment as water splashes onto floor - know it is a new hotel. Fact that lifts were continuously under repair - not good for one who is claustrophobic.

It is one of the best hotels in Windhoek right in the middle of the shopping and business district. Has great facilities for both holiday and business clients. Staff are helpful and go out of their way to fulfil one's needs.
You have to pay for Wi-Fi access in a hotel that targets the business traveler!?

nice building and central location
Absolutely useless staff, even worse than when I stayed last week they just can't do even absolutely simple things correctly.

Windhoek is surprisingly pleasant.
Put my rifle and ammo in safe. On getting it back took half an hour to find the ammo? At dinner offered the wrong wine and the wrong starter! Asked reception if there was a bottle opener in room, they didn't know but said they would check and phone back. They didn't phone but sent someone 20 mins later by which time I had stripped my luggage to find my Swiss army knife. If you think this is 5 star service then think again, the staff have so many training needs I don't know where to start.

Very good food!!! Nice decor in the rooms!!
When we arrived there, they couldn't find the booking!! And then our room wasn't ready (We booked in at 17H30)!! To set the shower on a perfect temperature was very hard. Its either too cold or too hot!! Somebody else's ironed shrits was hanging in our cupboard after we got back from dinner?? A loud screaming noise started at 06H00 in the morning. Somebody said its the waterpipes that made the noise. The view looking out onto the holes on the tarmac road is not what I will call awesome! We didn't expect this from a top class hotel paying that kind of money!! I would rather to Gocheganas.

The location is spot on, and the rooftop bar gives fabulous views. Spacious rooms, perfect for a lazy day!
My bathroom door was as stubborn as a mule, and the dinner buffet reminded me of a game of culinary roulette.

The room was clean and comfortable, making it a solid base for our adventures. I loved chilling by the rooftop pool and enjoyed a soothing massage at the spa after a long day. Just a heads up, the breakfast could use a bit more variety, but overall, a really nice experience! 😊
